Create your account, set up your academy and load your roster. From then on you can invite your team and the families.

Yes. Export your sheet as CSV and import it from the dashboard. AcademyOS checks every row before saving and assigns each player's age group by year of birth.

Only their children's information: profile and age group, the calendar with its confirmations, monthly fees and the receipts they upload, and consents. The responsible guardian grants and revokes consents; an authorized relative can see them but not change them.

Everyone signs in with their own account and sees only what their profile allows. Clinical details stay with the health staff: coaches see the availability light, never the diagnosis, and only the psychologist sees psychology notes. Data is handled under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, and guardians decide on their children's consents. The details are in the privacy policy.

You get 14 days with everything unlocked and no card needed. We remind you 3 days and 1 day before it ends. If you don't pick a plan, the academy is paused until you do: nothing is deleted and, once you pay, everything is back as it was.

You pay by card from the dashboard, monthly or yearly (yearly gives you 2 months free). Prices are in US dollars, plus VAT. Every payment comes with a printable receipt; electronic invoicing is coming later.

Yes, from the dashboard, without calling anyone. The academy stays open until the end of the period you paid for and your data is not deleted: if you come back, everything is where you left it.

Yes. One account enters every academy it was invited to and switches between them without signing out.
